Why not just buy one yourself?

Listings are easy to find. Good deals are not.

Anyone can open a marketplace and scroll. The hard part is everything after: telling a durable business from a pretty listing, checking the numbers, pricing it right and taking it over without breaking it. That is where first-time buyers lose money.

01

Half the numbers are unverified

Only about half of the listings we track show verified revenue. The rest are the seller's word. We rebuild the P&L from source: payment processors, ad accounts, analytics and bank statements.

02

Price is not value

Asking multiples run from under 1× to well over 3× annual profit for businesses that look alike. We price against hundreds of comparable listings and closed sales, not against the seller's hopes.

03

The risks hide in the details

One traffic source, one supplier, one ad account, one key employee, a platform policy away from zero. Our diligence checklist is built from businesses we bought, ran and grew ourselves.

04

Day one is where deals fail

Domains, code, ad accounts, merchant accounts, suppliers and staff all have to move without losing a day of revenue. We have run that handover dozens of times.

How it works

From “I want to buy something” to keys in hand.

You stay in control of every decision and own 100% of what you buy. We do the work that usually takes a first-time buyer six months of evenings.

1. Your buy box

Budget, the kind of business you want, how hands-on you want to be, and your target return. One call.

2. A real shortlist

Our deal engine scores every listing that fits, plus off-market deals from our network. You see the few worth a look, with our notes.

3. Diligence and price

We verify revenue at the source, stress-test traffic and margins, and set a price backed by comparable deals. Then we negotiate it.

4. Close and take over

Escrow, contracts, and a planned handover of every account and asset. Want help growing it? Our operators can stay on.

Ways to work with us

Buy it yourself, with us. Or invest alongside us.

Some people want to own and run a business. Others want the returns without the work. We do both.

Buy with LTV

Your business, our deal team.

You buy and own the business outright. We run the search, the diligence, the negotiation and the handover, and stay on as operators if you want us to. Fees are agreed upfront, before any work starts.

  • For first-time buyers and experienced operators alike.
  • Deals from roughly $50K to several million.
  • Optional growth support after close: paid traffic, AI operations, engineering.
Invest alongside LTV

Back the deals we do ourselves.

LTV buys profitable internet businesses for its own portfolio, keeps the founders in seat and scales them. Qualified investors can join through equity or senior-secured debt.

Who is behind it

We buy businesses for ourselves first. That is the point.

Our founders have acquired 10+ businesses, generated $100M+ in online revenue and operate 200+ websites and apps. The engine we use to find, vet and grow our own acquisitions is the one we put to work for you.

Questions buyers ask

Buying an online business, answered.

How much does it cost to buy an online business?

Anything from a few thousand dollars to tens of millions. Across the 2,300+ listings we track with at least $1,000/month in revenue, the median asking price is about $49,000, and roughly half ask under $50,000. About 120 ask more than $1 million.

How are online businesses valued?

Most are priced as a multiple of annual net profit (or seller's discretionary earnings). Right now the median listing asks about 1.9× annual profit: around 2.7–2.8× for SaaS and apps, 1.8× for e-commerce and 1.6× for YouTube channels. Growth, revenue quality, owner hours and concentration risk move a deal above or below that.

Where do the deals come from?

Public marketplaces such as Flippa and Empire Flippers, specialist brokers, and off-market sellers in our own network. Our software pulls the public listings every six hours and scores them, so nothing that fits your criteria slips past.

Can I buy a business with no experience?

Yes, and that is who benefits most from a deal team. We help you pick businesses you can realistically run, or ones that come with operators who stay, and we can keep helping after the close.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

Not to buy a business yourself with our help. Investing alongside LTV in our own acquisitions is open only to accredited and professional investors.

What does it cost to work with LTV?

It depends on the deal size and how much you want us to do. We agree the fee with you upfront, before we start, so there are no surprises at closing.
