University Partnership Proposal · Dubai

Partner with the school that graduates founders, not job-seekers.

LTV Business School brings the students, the curriculum, the operator faculty, and the capital. You award the degree. Together we launch the venture-builder program where graduates leave owning a real company, and your name is on it.

Students no longer want a degree.
They want an outcome.

The market is shifting under traditional business education. Employers question its value, students question its return, and a new category, the venture-builder degree, is forming fast. The question for a forward-looking university is whether to lead it or watch it.

69%

of employers say recent graduates need moderate or significant additional training. The gap between what is taught and what the market needs has become impossible to ignore.

~50%

of employers believe colleges are graduating students with the skills their organizations actually need. Differentiation on applied outcomes is now a strategic advantage.

economies rate entrepreneurship education as the single weakest condition for founders. The demand for genuine, applied entrepreneurial education far outstrips the supply.

a triple-accredited business school launched a venture-studio bachelor's degree in Dubai. The category is no longer hypothetical. First movers will define it.

this is a flagship, high-margin program you can launch without building it yourself. We have already done the operator-side work. You add the credential and the academic rigor.

The LTV Business School proposal

A clean division of labor.
You do what only a university can.

This is not an attempt to become a university. We have no interest in awarding degrees ourselves. We run the program and the venture studio. You provide and protect the credential. Each side does what it is genuinely best at.

You provide

The credential and the rigor

The accredited degree, awarded under your name and your accreditation
Academic governance and quality assurance, the standards only you can hold
Validation or approval of the curriculum against your frameworks
External examination and the integrity of the award
Your brand, your recognition, and your alumni network
We provide

The students, the program, the capital

A selective pipeline of motivated students, recruited and screened by us
The full curriculum and delivery, built and taught by operators
An operator faculty and a built-in venture studio
Real investment capital deployed into the best student companies
The Dubai campus, the operator network, marketing, and recruitment

A well-established model, applied to something new.

Universities have delivered degrees through partners for decades. We are open to whichever structure fits your institution and your regulator. The three most realistic paths:

Recommended

Validation agreement

You validate a business or entrepreneurship programme that we design and deliver, and award your own degree to graduates. We keep delivery and the student experience; you keep academic control and the credential. The most common route for transnational programmes.

Fast to launch

Articulation & top-up

We deliver an accredited intermediate qualification, and your institution awards the final degree through a guaranteed top-up year. A proven, lower-friction path that gets a recognized award in front of students quickly.

For scale

Managed program

You hold academic governance and the award; we operate everything else, from technology and recruitment to delivery and student success. Suited to institutions that want reach without operational lift.

We understand the regulatory landscape. We are building in Dubai with full awareness of the UAE framework, both the federal Commission for Academic Accreditation and the Dubai free-zone route through KHDA. We will structure the partnership so the award is recognized where it needs to be, and we will do the operational heavy lifting to keep your compliance burden low.

This is not a thesis. It is happening.

In Brazil, Link School of Business built exactly this model, an accredited degree fused with a venture engine, and the results speak plainly. We are bringing that model to Dubai and adding what Link does not have: the school investing its own capital in every promising company.

Figures above describe Link School of Business and are cited as evidence the category works. They are not LTV Business School results. We are at the founding stage, which is precisely why launch partners get to shape what this becomes.

Operators, not education tourists.

The reason this works is the people behind it. LTV is a holding company that buys and scales real businesses. We are not consultants writing a curriculum about entrepreneurship. We are the entrepreneurs, and we are putting our own capital and reputation into the program.

A real institution, not a pilot

We are committing capital, a Dubai campus, and a founding team. This is a flagship we intend to build for the long term, the same way we operate every business we own.

Aligned on outcomes

Because we invest in the student companies, our incentives point at graduate success, not just enrollment. That alignment protects your brand as much as it drives ours.

An international pipeline

A Dubai base gives your degree reach across MENA, Europe, and South Asia, and a flagship program that differentiates you in a crowded global market.

New, high-quality revenue

A premium program with a motivated, selective intake. We handle recruitment and delivery; you earn from a flagship offering without the operational build.

We are selecting one or two launch partners.

If your institution wants to lead the venture-builder category rather than follow it, we should talk. We will walk you through the curriculum, the model, the economics, and exactly what a partnership would ask of each side.

We will reply within two business days · Based in Dubai · Open to validation, articulation, and managed-program structures

What partners ask first.

Who awards the degree?
You do. The degree is awarded under your institution's name and accreditation. LTV Business School designs and delivers the program and runs the venture studio, but the credential, and the academic standards behind it, are yours. We have no intention of becoming a degree-awarding body ourselves.
How is academic quality protected?
Through whatever governance model your institution requires. In a validation arrangement, your committees approve the curriculum, your external examiners moderate assessment, and your quality processes apply in full. We design delivery to meet your standards, not around them. Protecting the integrity of your award is in our interest as much as yours.
What does LTV bring financially?
We fund the program build, the Dubai campus, faculty, recruitment, and marketing. Separately, LTV deploys real investment capital into the strongest student companies through its venture arm. The commercial terms between our institutions, including any revenue share, are exactly what we would map out together early in the conversation.
Where are students based, and is the award recognized in the UAE?
Students are based in Dubai. Recognition depends on the structure and partner: we will design the partnership so the award is recognized where students need it, whether through a UAE-recognized institution or an internationally recognized awarding partner. We are already mapping the federal CAA and Dubai KHDA routes and will not put a credential in front of students that does not hold up.
How long would it take to launch?
It depends on the model. An articulation or top-up structure can move quickly. A full validation typically runs 12 to 24 months through a university's governance cycle. We are ready to start the founding cohort as soon as a partner is in place, and we will work to your timeline.
What kind of institution are you looking for?
A forward-looking university or awarding body that wants to lead on applied, entrepreneurial education and is comfortable with transnational delivery. Existing recognition in the UAE or a strong international brand is a plus. Above all, a partner that sees the venture-builder degree as the direction of travel and wants to be early.
